Bsea Cancun Plaza Hotel

Our recent overnight stopover was comfortable but had some minor inconveniences. The room was spacious with a great view of the ocean, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The staff at reception were fantastic, making us feel welcomed and respected. The hotel had parking available and was conveniently located at the very end of the main area, with easy access to public transportation. While some facilities needed maintenance, overall, it was a decent stay for a short visit.

Despite some minor issues like limited amenities and cleanliness, Bsea Cancun Plaza Hotel's location and ocean views were fantastic. The friendly staff and convenient store nearby added to the positive experience. With room renovations, it could become the perfect beach retreat for any traveler seeking relaxation.

Absolutely loved the fantastic view from my room and the super comfy bed at the hotel. The beach access and pool were just what I needed for relaxation, a real chill vibe overall. Although, the dining experience feels a bit restrictive as you can't enjoy your food by the pool, and the towel card system can be a bit of a hassle, it didn't take away from the rad time I had! 🌴

When I arrived at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff at the front desk were able to arrange amazing trips to various attractions like Xcaret and Chichen Itza. It was like having a personal genie fulfilling all my travel wishes!

Omg! stayed on the beach, 🏖️ own terrace with huge bed. Room had ac, mini-bar, and tv. Service was great, but one dishonest waiter. 🙄 Amazing beach access and pool areas. Drawback: unhelpful staff.

I always return for a perfect stay! The staff once helped with a late departure. This place suits me perfectly with Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, outdoor/indoor swimming pool, massage, business center, and express check-in/out. Plus, beach access, children's play area, no pets, and non-smoking rooms. Coming back for New Year!

I had a blast exploring Xcaret, Chichen Itza, and Túlum with the front desk staff. The hotel's beachfront restaurant served scrumptious Mexican dishes and firewood pizza. Plus, the amenities, like the beach bar and poolside bar, were top-notch.

Well, who needs reliable Wi-Fi in a hotel? Not me! It's so much better to disconnect from the world while sipping cocktails by the beach.

We visited Xel-Ha, a breathtaking aquatic park offering a mix of relaxation and adventure. The Cancun Golf Club at Pok Ta Pok and the Cancun Country Club were perfect for family outings, offering a delightful time for the kids and some leisure for the grown-ups. Additionally, the water park we visited, with its thrilling slides and family-friendly pools, made our vacation truly memorable.

My wife says that having a kids' club or a supervised play area would have been great for families with young children.

the pristine white sand and crystal, clear water made for a perfect day of relaxation. the location of the hotel was very convenient, with a bus stop right in front and grocery stores nearby. This made exploring the city and buying essentials super easy.

the Wi, Fi was extremely unreliable, only accessible from the balcony and not in the rooms.
